Body Alive is our signature class inspired by yoga movements. These sessions will guide you through a series of low-impact, small movements designed to improve your flexibility and help you move better in daily life. Body Alive is designed for people who “don’t do yoga,” but want the balance, strength, and body awareness it brings.
power. yoga.
POWER. Yoga. combines our classic strength-building technique with a unique emphasis on flexibility to deliver a restorative full body workout. You will focus on various flows of stretching to increase your joint mobility, while building muscular strength and stability.
body alive & core
Body Alive & Core is our fusion workout of yoga and pilates designed to improve balance, build muscle and reduce muscle imbalances. You’ll use dynamic movements to target different muscle groups simultaneously.

POWER. Core. fuses pilates movements with weight-based strength training to develop muscular strength and balance. You will combine our technique fundamentals with additional dumbbell training in functional movements to enhance muscular definition and build confidence in your form.
