Class Details

IFS Cares classes will take place the first Sunday of every month from 10:00-10:45am at Beyond Yoga in Kinnelon, NJ.

Class Format

Gentle, sensory-friendly yoga & breathing. Soft or nature-based background sounds. Maximum of 8 students with optional parent participation.

Class Structure

Our IFS-Certified or adaptive yoga specialists will begin each class with a welcome circle followed by 30 minutes of guided yoga & movement, and 10 minutes of relaxation & gratitude reflection.

 

Program Overview

To provide a safe, welcoming, and sensory aware yoga experience for children with special needs – at no cost or by donation – fostering inclusions, movement, confidence, and joy.

IFS Cares exists to ensure that health, fitness, and movement are accessible to every individual, regardless of circumstance.

$10-20

Suggested donation of $10-20 per class (not required). All proceeds go into an IFS Cares Fund to sustain programming, equipment, and staff stipends.

$150-200

$150-200 funds one full session. Sponsors receive recognition on IFS signage, social media, and newsletter. Thank you photo and digital certificate.
