Q: What is the “90 Days” Coaching Program?

A: The “90 Days” Program is a complete transformational program that includes Group Personal Training sessions, Group Nutrition/Lifestyle Coaching, Social Support and educational materials. The “90 Days” program ensures your success because it is not a “cookie-cutter” program which dictates what/when/how much to eat or a punishing exercise protocol.  It is COACHING. Your Coach guides you through small, sustainable changes in food choices, lifestyle choices and a progressive Personal Training Program while providing education, accountability and focus.

Q: How does the “90 Days” Coaching Program work?

A: You (along with your Coach’s input) choose how many Personal Training sessions per week that you will attend. Typically, we work with clients 2-4 times per week, but, most people will experience great success in as little as 2 training sessions per week.  Additionally, you attend a Coaching & Accountability session each week.  You discuss challenges, set goals, and receive support and education to continually move forward in your journey.

Q: Can you summarize the “90 Days” Program Philosophy?

A: Yes. Here is the description of the 90 Days to a New You book. We employ this philosophy in everything we do.

STAY POSITIVE – PLAN AHEAD – REBOUND FROM SETBACKS 

There is this idea in the dieting world that somewhere “out there” exists a plan that really works and delivers consistent, linear results in line with the effort the person puts in. The truth is, no such plan exists. Body change is a process of discovery. It is not a protocol that is followed. It progresses and then plateaus. Your progress will have its ups and downs. A:The “90 Days” Coaching Program is for men and women with busy lives who want personal accountability, a structured nutrition program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track. The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. We don’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, we help our clients build the habits they need to get results that last for the rest of their lives.

Q: Who is the “90 Days” Coaching Program NOT for?

A: The “90 Days” Coaching Program is not for figure or fitness models, professional bodybuilders, or high level athletes training for a particular sport.

It’s also not for people who already have all the accountability they need and it is NOT for individuals that are not ready to create a new, different relationship with food and fitness.

If you rarely struggle with staying consistent with your exercise or eating habits, then we’re not a good choice for you. If you consistently begin new diets or programs with high hopes and fall “off track” or have a “black or white” mentality when it comes to dieting or working out, then we are a fantastic choice for you.

Q: Will the “90 Days” Coaching Program work for me?

A: If you follow our recommendations and stick with us for the 90 days (and perhaps, beyond) then yes, you will get results. But you have to commit to making small strategic changes in your life.

Q: Do you give me a meal plan?

A: No, we don’t give out meal plans. Meal plans and diets aren’t really that useful or sustainable. People often feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. They feel like they’ve failed and are beyond hope if they’re not eating perfectly at every meal.

Our approach is completely different: We help you build a set of sustainable habits that will serve you for the rest of your life. This means you get to choose—with the help of your coach—which foods are best for you, when to eat those foods, and how much to eat of them.

Q: Why coaching? Can’t I just pick up a diet book? Or read some online articles for free?

A:If you take an honest look at your life—and at the lives of the people you most respect and admire—you’ll notice something interesting. As human beings, we’re rarely ever transformed by reading more books or articles. Or from watching a documentary. Or from taking a class. Instead, most transformative change happens through a real relationship with another human being—usually a coach or a mentor.

Sure, you can try another diet book or read a few more articles, especially if you love thinking about exercise and nutrition. If you get great results with those tools, we applaud you. But if you’re having trouble putting what you know into action, the “90 Days” Coaching Program might be for you.

But diet and fitness books rarely help us make dramatic, consistent changes in our lives.

Books typically present too much new information at once. They get you all fired up about a “new” way of doing things… which lasts for a few days. Then you’re back to where you were before.

Of course, while most of us think we need to learn everything at once, research shows the exact opposite: When we want to improve ourselves, the only way to do it is to change one thing at a time.

That’s why coaching (being led and guided by someone a little further along the path than you) and social support (being surrounded and encouraged by like-minded people) are so important.

The formula is simple: We deliver coaching, social support, and a process that encourages real change. And that’s not something you can find in a book.

In the “90 Days” Program we utilize the 90 Days to a New You book/workbook, which was written in a linear format, however, the Coach determines the appropriate reading and lessons for the week based upon what challenges arise in the coaching sessions.

Q: Will I have to spend a lot of money on food and supplements?

A: When it comes to food, most clients actually end up saving money on their grocery bills.

This is because they make more informed, careful decisions, eat out less, and spend fewer dollars on processed novelty foods, replacing them with whole, delicious natural foods. As for supplements, we may recommend a few health-oriented products, based on your unique needs and goals. However, these are completely optional.

Schedule –

We offer Group Personal Training Session 7 days per week, most days there are morning and evening sessions. The Group Coaching will be offered 4 times per week (on 3 separate days)

Pricing –

3 Sessions per week (2 Group Personal Training Sessions + 1 Group Coaching Session per week) = $200 per month *(one additional $100.00 payment for the 9th and 10th week)

4 Sessions per week (3 Group Personal Training Sessions + 1 Group Coaching Session per week) = $250.00/month *(one additional $125.00 payment for the 9th and 10thh week)
