I have an education background with duel degrees in Economics and Spanish. I started a career on Wall St. working on a bond trading floor of an asset management firm. Once having children, I made the decision to become a stay at home mother. My kids have always been the center of my world. I have three boys and one girl, who’s ages are 23, 21,16 and 12.
After having my fourth child, I struggled with knee issues and pain due to 4 operations to repair damage resulting from playing volleyball and softball through high school. The injuries extended into my adulthood, resulting from playing competitive tennis. I began a strength training regimen at IFS 3 years ago, which has helped me reach my goals of decreased knee pain, fitness, and overall health and well being.
Strength training quickly became a passion for me, so much so that I pursued a certification in personal training. Being physically fit has given me the energy to keep up with the demands of a very active lifestyle that comes with raising four children. Exercise also helps tremendously in keeping me mentally focused, allowing me to be productive and alleviate stresses encountered daily.
I have been given a unique opportunity of doing what I love to do and working with an amazing group of coaches and members at IFS. I understand the challenges of busy lives and getting started in a new exercise routine. I keep people motivated by making exercise fun and rewarding, and I am committed to helping clients reach their personal goals.
